So first of all, you need to enable TalkBack, press three-time home buttons to enable talkback, then draw L Shape on screen and select text to speech settings, then you need to disable talkback for that click three-time home button again to disable talkback.
As TalkBack is disabled. Now Click on the setting icon then> install with data then > more > open source. Now click anywhere long press and you will find web search up at the right side, click on it and here you can find the message. Your request has been declined for security reasons. So we cannot bypass it.
So, first of all, we need to put our tablet in download mode and connect it with pc then open Odin tool in the computer you can download it from here, after that we need our 20MB flash file just select the AP file which you can download it from here and click on the flash button from Odin tool and that's all
